Where to stay

🧳 Why Stay in Villefranche?

Villefranche is small — and that’s part of its charm. You won’t find big resorts here, but rather a mix of pastel-colored apartments, tucked-away flats, and boutique stays that make you feel like a local from the moment you arrive.

  • Everything is walkable — no car needed
  • Local markets, boulangeries, and cafés on every corner
  • Easy access to Nice, Monaco, and Eze by train or bus
  • Minutes from the beach + harbor
  • Peaceful at night, lively by day

🌟 Featured Stay: A Balcony in the Heart of the Village

We have a cosy two-bedroom flat tucked right in the heart of Villefranche’s Old Town, on the charming Rue du Poilu — just a 3-minute stroll to the harbor and 7 minutes to the beach.

It’s our sunny escape, and we’ve tried to make it feel like a real home — with a balcony for morning coffee or evening rosé, air conditioning, double-glazed windows, a barista-style coffee machine, real thick curtains in both rooms to sleep tight, and all the thoughtful touches you’d want for a relaxed stay.

It’s perfect for couples, small families, or remote workers looking for a place with sunshine, character, and a slower pace of life.

We work with Fox Keys, our fantastic local conciergerie team, who’ll welcome you on arrival, share local tips, and provide 24/7 support if you need anything during your stay. Their office is just a short walk down the same street — so help is always nearby, just in case.

…or book (with Airbnb fees) here: Stylish balcony flat in the Old Town

Heads up: The apartment is located on the second floor of a charming historic building in the Old Town — which means no elevator. It may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility or for those bringing a non-folding stroller. If you’re looking for step-free access, the Welcome Hotel near the harbor is a popular choice with accessible rooms and stunning sea views.
